Located at the Blackpool Winter Gardens, the purpose-built events venue has been built on the site of the former car park on Leopold Grove and has been designed so that it seamlessly integrates with the Winter Gardens complex.

The development includes:

• A two floor plus mezzanine new build complex providing ground floor capacity for circa 430 delegates, first floor capacity for 1,200 delegates.
   

• Direct links into the Empress Ballroom, Opera House and Empress Buildings bringing fantastic historical spaces into greater business tourism use and taking conferencing capacity to around 7,000 delegates
   

• Refurbishment of facilities within the Empress Ballroom and Opera House including upgrades of the ballroom entrance foyer and east external elevation, upgraded audio visual and air conditioning, basement reconfiguration and upgrade of existing kitchen facilities.
