COMMERCIAL OFFICES

We have a wealth of experience in providing services for projects in the Commercial Property Sector for clients including Solicitors, Exam Boards, Banks, Government Agency's and Council Offices.

CLEANROOMS

Having successfully delivered projects such as IQE, TRH and CISM, CMB can now demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in the installation and validation of Cleanrooms.

SEMICONDUCTORS

CMB have grown the semiconductor side of the business by undertaking industry-leading projects for clients including IQE, Cardiff University, Swansea University. There are several similar projects already in the pre-construction phase for delivery over the next two years as the order book grows.

LEISURE

We have provided services for projects in the Leisure Sector which include Leisure Centres, Football and Rugby Stadiums.

MANUFACTURING

CMB have had the pleasure of working on some high-profile manufacturing projects including Medicom in Northampton, which was producing 2 million PPE masks a day throughout the height of the pandemic.

EDUCATION

We have provided a variety of projects within the Education Sector from Primary and Secondary Schools, to Universities, Exam Board Office Colleges and Specialist Schools.

HOTELS & RESORTS

CMB have experience in providing services for projects in the Hotel and Resort Sector and have worked on several notable buildings across the UK, including the famous Celtic Manor Resort.

SPORTS FACILITIES

In partnership with Cardiff Council, Cardiff & Vale College, Cardiff University, Sport Wales, Cardiff City Football Club and FAW Trust, we develop projects within the sports sector in order to increase sports participation by providing facilities and resources in South Wales that currently do not exist. This is based on inclusivity, diversity and participation with a sports-for-all ethos.
