CMB Engineering have tendered and been successful in winning contracts ranging from £25K - £40M in a variety of Sectors.
We have the experience to price jobs from design and build projects up fully designed tenders and we can also offer assistance with utilising value engineering solutions during the tender period. Our aim is to deliver quality and efficiency, to assist with the main contractor and produce a competitive and robust tender submission.
Within our CMB group we have three estimating departments. Our head office in Cardiff, who price Mechanical & Electrical Projects for South East Wales and Southern England. We have a team in Neath, CMB West, who predominantly tender for jobs in West Wales. CMB Fylde Engineering who are based in Blackpool, tender for Projects in the North of England.
We have a wealth of experience in each of the Regional Offices in our Estimating Departments and are confident in our abilities to produce accurate and competitive tenders.

DESIGN
A large proportion of CMB Engineering’s portfolio of completed and current projects are procured as design and build as a result of the Company’s continued success in securing repeat business from a widespread database of satisfied clients, thus illustrating the respect and reputation having been gained since the Company’s formation.
We employ a network of local independent Mechanical & Electrical Design Consultants, using modern electronic design techniques to ensure that design solutions are offered to satisfy client requirements and expectations.
BIM is now a key part to the construction delivery strategy. We at CMB engineering have a fully capable ‘BIM Team’ that help with the completion of BIM level 2 projects, from design changes and model co-ordination to as fitted construction models populated with COBIE data for facilities management.
Our BIM Technicians are trained in Revit 3D and have facilities “In House” to produce 3D Installation Drawings.
The BIM Design Team are continuously striving for improvement and are conscious of the changes in the industry by ensuring all Software, Design and Drafting Knowledge is consistently kept up to date.
