We pride ourselves in ensuring each project we deliver is resourced with an experienced Management Team with Mechanical and Electrical backgrounds. Our Contract Managers are suitably trained and have vast industry experience to the appropriate levels of technical competency and are suitably qualified to supervise and co ordinate activities to ensure projects are delivered safely and professionally on time and on budget to the required standards.
CMB Engineering’s “No Grief” philosophy relies heavily on the Company’s desire to employ a direct Labour-force, suitably trained to deliver the core activities, thus maintaining predictability of performance and compliance of standards. The Company’s “Train and Retain” modern apprentice training program offers a genuine succession plan to safeguard the long-term future of the business.
Members of our Project Management team are all suitably trained and experience to the appropriate levels of technical competency and Health & Safety, and are suitably qualified to supervise all on site activities including traditional subcontract packages i.e. Ventilation Ductwork, VRV Comfort Cooling, Air Conditioning Packages, BMS Controls, Solar Heating Installations and Medical Gases all of which are undertaken, where possible, locally employed bone fide subcontractors of proven ability selected from our robust supply chain data base.
Site Operatives are suitably trained to undertake installation of core activities such as MTHW, LTHW Heating, Chilled Water, Boosted Hot & Cold Water, Steam, Gas Pipework, Above Ground Drainage & Sanitary ware.
