Job Title: Receptionist/Office Administrator

Reports To: Office Manager

Location: Cardiff

Contract: Full Time

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Are you seeking to pursue a career in a busy office environment? We are looking to strengthen our Team with a Receptionist / Office Administrator based in Cardiff.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing receptionist duties in our recently renovated Reception facility. If you like providing a friendly welcome atmosphere and a positive Front of House environment, then please get in touch.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Includes but not limited to)

  • Answer telephone calls and connect to the appropriate department / contact.

  • General administrative duties – typing / printing / photocopying / scanning documents.

  • Uploading and downloading documents.

  • Dealing with all incoming general enquires emails.

  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Meet and Greet Visitors and Clients.

  • Signing for deliveries and issuing to appropriate member of staff.

  • Arrange for outgoing deliveries to be collected via a delivery courier.

  • Booking Meeting Rooms when requested.

  • Ordering of general office supplies and stationery and maintain stocks weekly.

  • Support with processing Purchase Orders for general materials for site projects.

  • Support with processing Delivery Notes on completed orders for payment processing.

  • Arrange callouts for office maintenance and maintain records.

  • Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback.

  • Any other administrative duties the Company may reasonably request.


  • Passionate and motivated about Front of House / Customer Service.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel / Word / Outlook).

  • Good communication skills.

  • Friendly positive attitude and ability to work with other members of the team.

  • Willing to take the initiative to resolve a problem.

  • Willingness to develop own career.
