THE JOB
Are you seeking to pursue a career in a busy office environment? We are looking to strengthen our Commercial Team with a Commercial Administrator based in Cardiff.
As Commercial Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Commercial Team, providing an effective and efficient administrative support to the Team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Keeping up to date and monitoring a register of application dates, to ensure applications are prepared and issued by the Commercial Team within specified deadlines.
Assisting with preparing and submitting payment applications or invoices.
Raising and issuing Subcontract Orders and monitoring the return of signed Subcontractor Documents. Keeping the register of Subcontract Orders up to date.
Maintaining and monitoring a register of SMAS certification and requesting renewal documents upon entry.
Maintaining and monitoring Company PQQ system.
Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Team.
Printing, scanning and / or copying documents.
Maintaining the Commercial Filing systems and making sure documents are stored in correct folders on SharePoint.
Entering or adjusting data on Dynamics 365.
Providing cover for other staff members as and when requested.
Any other administrative duties the Company may reasonably request.

DESIRABLE / BENEFICIAL
Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
Experience in Mechanical & Electrical Industry.
Experience in similar role.
