Halo is a new build office block based in the Finzel’s Reach development of Bristol City Centre. The project follows the previous Aurora development, which we partnered with Willmott Dixon and Cubex on in the same region.

After securing the £5 Million contract for the Mechanical & Electrical works on this project, we commenced work in October 2021 and handed the project over to a satisfied client in February 2023.

Our team were involved early on in this project to assist in managing the client’s budget and design requirements to ensure standards remained high, whilst balancing budget constraints.
 

The Grade A Halo development spans across 116,133 sq ft, offers 8 floors of unique design and open plan office space and is BREEAM outstanding, making it the most sustainable office outside of London in the UK.

Branded as a “building for the future”, Halo is designed with people and business in mind and benefits from a stunning double-height reception area and a full-height central atrium.
