Now 30 months into this build with 18 months base build work and 12 months fit out and we are progressing well with one of CMB’s priority projects.
As part of the CAT A, CMB were provided M&P systems. Working alongside Evans Electrical, our electrical systems are comprised of LV Switchgear and distribution, Life Safety Generator, Small Power, Photovoltaic system, Lighting, ICT and Security Systems.
The building is protected by life safety systems comprising of Sprinklers, Smoke Ventilation and Fire Alarms with the Mechanical installations including LTHW & Chilled water systems, Centralised ventilation systems, Dirty extract systems, Fan coil units and radiators.
Having commenced CAT B fit out in November 2019, CMB have now completed all alterations to the LTHW, CHW and Ventilation system to accommodate the final office layout. We have also installed the DX cooling systems to all IT comms rooms. All systems are now installed and commissioning is well underway as we look to the handover of the project in January 2021.
