THE JOB
We are looking for an administrator to join an established Commercial Team in Cardiff.
As Commercial Administrator, you will be part of the Commercial Team, managing key processes as well as providing administrative support for the team.
Whilst relevant experience and training are desirable, we may consider applicants with the right attitude and the ability and motivation to train and learn in the role. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the Subcontract Order process and the maintenance of any associated registers.
Maintaining up-to-date insurance records from subcontractors and consultants.
Assisting with the maintenance and monitoring of the company's PQQ system.
Maintaining commercial document registers and records.
Assisting with updating data on Dynamics 365.
Assisting with preparing and submitting payment applications or invoices.
Providing cover for other staff members as and when requested.
Any other administrative duties the Company may reasonably request.

Committed to following procedures and ensuring tasks are fully completed.
Good analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
DESIRABLE / BENEFICIAL
Previous experience in a similar administration role.
Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Knowledge of the construction industry.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports.
Friendly positive attitude and ability to work with other members of the team.
