Matthew started his career as an Apprentice after completing a BTEC in Building Services at Bath College. With 30 Year’s experience within the Building Services industry, Matthew started with Haden Young and later progressed his career through a number of roles with NG Bailey and Lorne Stewart before joining CMB Engineering in 2007.

Given the Company’s planned expansion into Bristol and the South West region, Matthew was brought on board as part of the Senior Management Team that set up the Bristol Office and in 2011, joined the Cardiff Head Office as Regional Managing Director. Matthew adds significant value to the services provided by CMB Engineering to its clients and has been instrumental in driving revenue growth through developing CMB Engineering’s presence across the UK; most notably in the South East Region.

With a keen focus on a collaborative approach and open communication, Matthew enjoys seeing projects from inception to delivery, ensuring consistently high quality results and completion within timescales and budgets.

​

Outside of work, Matthew is a staunch Bristol City fan and enjoys Holidays in the Sun.
