The structure is constructed with three buildings with two floors, the building fabric comprises a structural steel frame, external brickwork & cladding, curtain walling, and covered with single ply roofing

The M & E installation features natural ventilation controlled by BMS. The heating installation is gas fired boilers serving radiant panels. Most areas are naturally ventilated apart from the Kitchen, Gym, Dance Studio, Comms room and toilets. A photovoltaic array on the roof provides a source of electricity with a facility to export to the grid during summer months. The building is protected by a sprinkler system.

The Teaching space includes sports hall with timber sprung flooring, laboratories, kitchen & training kitchen, music rooms and assembly hall.

The school is covered by a CCTV installation and Access Control which creates a secure environment within the building.

Externally there is 3G sports pitch, a grass pitch, MUGA play area. Tarmac carpark with paving to entrance areas. Soft and hard Landscaping including cycle shelters.

CMB provided all services in a very quick 11 month period. Services included, Sprinklers, heating, cooling, BMS, domestics, Lighting , small power , data, pv, External lighting, fire and security.

CMB handed over on the 28th of February 2019 with the school opening for the first time on Monday 1st April 2019.
