World Mental Health Day At CMB
Ahead of World Mental Health Day on October 10th, colleagues across CMB's offices and sites were encouraged to wear purple in support of mental health awareness.
At CMB, we recognise the importance of promoting positive mental health and ensuring our colleagues know where to access support when they need it.
As part of this commitment, we are pleased to have renewed our Company Supporter membership with The Lighthouse Charity, which provides free, confidential, 24/7 emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to construction workers and their families.
Our continued partnership with Lighthouse Charity helps us promote the valuable services available to those working across our industry, while encouraging open conversations about mental health within our own teams.
