THE JOB:
Are you seeking to pursue a career in Maintenance & Facilities Management? We are looking to strengthen our Team with a Helpdesk Administrator based in Cardiff.
As Helpdesk Administrator, you will be an integral part of a small team providing customer solutions to our varied clients in a very dynamic and fulfilling role to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
First point of contact for incoming telephone calls and service requests received by telephone and e-mail
Interpret and log requests, inputting details into an in-house system, providing tracking and regular updates to the status of the request line with Service Level Agreement
Logging callouts and taking messages to pass onto Maintenance Engineers
Diverting calls accordingly
General Administration associated with Helpdesk activities
Assist with raising engineer weekly planners
Assist with raising Purchase Orders and Invoices
Assist with new contract & customer setups on the company system
Order parts from suppliers and keep up to date with Goods Received Notes to process orders for payment.
Create Quotes and issue to clients
Update jobs logged from quote information to invoice status
Chase clients for updates and schedule works
Communicate with Sub-Contractors to arrange works and receive reports.
Any other administrative duties the Company may reasonably request.

Committed to following procedures and ensuring tasks are fully completed
Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
Able to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.

DESIRABLE / BENEFICIAL:
Dynamics 365 Business Central
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft systems to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet
Experience in Mechanical & Electrical Industry
Experience in similar role
