A big thank you to our CMB Bristol Office who started their Tuck Shop initiative in 2014 to raise money for charity and have since raised an incredible £1,000.
These funds have been distributed between different charities including Movember Appeal, Breast Cancer, Children’s Hospice Southwest, St Peters Hospital, and the Pancreative Cancer & Palliative Care at Southmead Hospital.
The Bristol team chose to donate the most recent collection to BUST, The Breast Unit Support Trust. A Bristol based charity that was introduced to support the work of the Bristol Breast Care Centre at Southmead Hospital. Thank you to all our staff in Bristol who have supported the CMB Tuck Shop!
The Bristol team are also looking ahead to provide support throughout the costly Christmas period and are again this year buying presents (in partnership with ISG and The Salvation Army) for under privileged children. This initiative was inspired by the site guys wanting to make a real difference and directly improve people’s lives at a time of year when it is most needed, and they have already donated a £250 Symths voucher to The Salvation Army to kickstart the process.
We hope that this act of kindness will help to make someone’s Christmas Day brighter this year.
