We kicked off National Apprenticeship Week at CMB Engineering by speaking to apprentices past and present.
Earlier this week, we interviewed 1st Year Apprentice Dylan Edwards and Senior Craftsman (and former apprentice) Ryan Legge, who are currently working on the City Hall renovation on behalf of Cardiff Council. They shared what led them to pursue an apprenticeship, the benefits of learning on the job, and why they’d encourage others to consider this career path.
