Since taking on the role of Principal Contractor at Fairwater Community Campus, the strength of our local and trusted supply chain has been fundamental to the success of this project. Their expertise, dedication, and collaborative approach have played a vital role in helping us reach key milestones, uphold exceptional safety and quality standards, and keep the programme on track.

Our workforce and supply chain form the backbone of this project. Since BESL stepped in last November, each subcontractor has brought their own specialist skills and experience to the table — from groundworks, demolition, brickwork, drylining and roofing, to windows, cladding, furniture and sparkle clean. This diversity of talent and shared commitment has allowed us to make significant progress and meet the key goals and deadlines of the campus development.
