DWP Treforest Update:
CMB recently handed the DWP building over as a base build with BECT builders. We have been working with Client Rightacres on the DWP site in Treforest for almost 15 months now and the site is looking better than ever in time to be handed over to ISG for the fit out. We have had our systems commissioning with DRAC consultants with all a success and everything looks in good stead for the forthcoming months ahead.
The site as a base build has been designed by McCann and Partners and consists of a 4-floor office space of roughly 3000sqft per floor, but as the fit out begins it will have tea points, a showcase viewing gallery for seminars, and additional equipment added and repositioned around the floor plate for new offices etc. The project in its entirety is looking to officially hand over to the Department for Works and Pensions no later than April of 2021 and we look forward to seeing this build in its final form with all rooms and offices furnished and ready for employees to move in.
