CMB Secure Brand New Cardiff Arena MEP Contract

CMB are delighted to have secured the MEP package for the new 16,500 capacity Cardiff Arena development in Cardiff Bay.

Working with McLaren we will be responsible for the design, installation and commissioning of the mechanical, electrical, ICT, security, CCTV, access control, smoke ventilation and other packages on this exciting project.

The Arena is expected to create over 1000 jobs, attract 1M+ annual visitors and inject millions into the local economy. We look forward to commencing on site in Q2 2026.
