CMB Engineering have been listed at position 20 out of the top 25 companies in Cardiff by Wales’ Business Insider. This is another proud moment for the company in what has been a challenging yet significant year.
The announcement was made by Wales’ Business Insider in their April/May edition of their magazine and saw CMB in the same list as companies such as Admiral, Cardiff City Football Club, Rightacres, IQE and Welsh Rugby Union.
The listing supports our continued efforts to develop as an organisation each year and compete with the best in the city.
CMB Operations Manager, John Green, commented on the news saying: “To find ourselves in the same list as such exalted company is a testament to the hard work and dedication all our staff have shown over what has been an extremely challenging period which has covered the uncertainty of Brexit and the emergence of the COVID pandemic.
CMB has maintained its ‘train and retain’ ethos throughout the pandemic with no redundancies and several new appointments which continue to strengthen the business. We are extremely proud of this fact as we view our staff as the base upon which the company is built.
We are in a strong position moving forward to continue our success for the coming years. Hopefully next year we’ll move up a place or two!"
