CMB Apprentices Take Part In Victaulic Training

Last week, some of our 1st, 2nd and 4th year apprentices participated in their Victaulic training at our Cardiff Workshop.

Jeff Morris delivered some hands-on training which was followed by a classroom-based presentation, which included examples of where each system could be used in a commercial setting and how to fit a range of couplings and valves.

Those in attendance took part in practical demonstrations of Victaulic’s RG3600 – Strengthin100 (ST100) Roll Grooving Machine for thin wall stainless steel pipe, and Victualic’s VE272 – Original Grooving System (OGS) Roll Grooving Machine for mild steel pipe.

It is fantastic to see young apprentices continue to come through the ranks at CMB and develop into qualified and experienced engineers.

The Train and Retain policy at CMB continues to thrive!
