The 2nd to the 8th of March marks both 'Women in Construction Week' 2025 and 'International Women's Day' and we wanted to take a moment to celebrate the talented and hardworking women who help shape both our company and our industry.
At CMB, women play a vital role across all areas of the business, including engineering and site work, health and safety, finance, estimating, commercial services, document control, marketing, maintenance services, office management and more. It’s fair to say in what is typically considered a male-dominated industry, women are instrumental in the infrastructure of CMB.
This week we are celebrating all our colleagues across our 4 offices and many different sites up and down the UK. Pictured below are those representing our Cardiff Head Office and Fairwater Community Campus.
