In May of last year, CMB began work on the Llanrumney Sports Complex development in Cardiff East. Now 12 months into the development and moving at a very fast pace, we are nearing project completion.
The Academy building is undergoing a final clean ready to be handed over to Cardiff City Football Club before the start of the new season. The Rugby, Dual Sport, CCFC Football and Hockey pitches are now all in use by Cardiff University and the wider community. A new maintenance shed has also been constructed for the CCFC ground staff, ahead of the 5 new grass pitches commissioned by the CCFC Academy. In addition, the Community Sport Clubhouse is now completed and ready for use in the near future.
