Great progress has been made on the KLA UK R&D and Manufacturing site in Newport since our last update in November.
A key area of focus has been the Gas Bunker building, in particular the construction of the 5M high reinforced blast walls. The sub-fab plantroom area with process gases, wiring and busbar installations are also all well underway along with the MF cleanroom where partitioning is nearing completion in preparation for HL services cleaning.
