Job Title: Finance Administrator

Reports To: Finance Manager

Department: Finance

Location: Cardiff

Contract: Full Time

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

Salary: To be confirmed, based on experience

THE JOB


As our Business continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join an established Finance Team in Cardiff.

 

As Finance Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Finance Team, providing an effective and efficient administrative support to the Finance and Payroll Operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Process Invoices onto Dynamics 365

  • Process and resolve Invoice queries as required

  • Answer telephone calls and connect to the appropriate department / contact as required

  • General administrative duties – printing / photocopying / scanning documents.

  • Uploading and downloading documents

  • Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback.

  • Any other administrative duties the company may reasonably request.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • Passionate and motivated

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel / Word / Outlook)

  • Good communication skills

  • Effective communicator with the ability to build productive relationships at all levels.

  • Motivated individual that can work as part of a team and to their own initiative.

  • Ability to be proactive with tasks and duties

  • Committed to following procedures and ensuring tasks are fully completed.

  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to use own initiative within the parameters of the role.


DESIRABLE / BENEFICIAL

 

  • Industry Qualification (e.g. IWFM, RICS, NVQ)

  • Proven PPM Account Experience, ideally in a FM Provider Environment.

  • Experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance, Construction or a related industry.
