CMB Secure Full Marks on Fairwater Community Campus CCS Report

We are delighted to have received a second consecutive full marks on our latest Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) Monitors Report on the Fairwater Community Campus project.
BESL/CMB scored 45/45 in the 3 areas we were marked on: respect for the community; care for the environment; and value of our workforce. Another amazing achievement and a huge credit to all our staff and subcontractors.
The report highlighted:
“This project continues the excellent standards which were observed during the initial visit last year. The level of engagement within the community remained extensive, the facilities in place remained excellent and the level of engagement with the workforce has remained positive.
This site exudes a very detailed knowledge of the construction industry and the impact from the perception on site is excellent.”
