A warm welcome to our four newest apprentices, Joshua Cozens, Fraser Herbert, Ieuan Buttle and Noah Hamid, who have joined CMB this month to begin their four-year apprenticeships.

Apprenticeships have always played a central role in CMB’s success. Our long-standing ‘train and retain’ approach allows us to develop skilled professionals while creating lasting career opportunities within the business.

Over the coming years, Joshua, Fraser, Ieuan and Noah will combine classroom learning with valuable hands-on experience. They will spend two days each week working in CMB’s Cardiff Academy, with the remainder of their time split between college and our live project sites.

CMB Director, Rob Borley added:

"As CMB’s first apprentice 29 years ago, it’s incredibly rewarding to see the next generation starting out in their careers. CMB are proud to continue supporting, training, and investing in the future talent that will shape our industry."

We’re delighted to have them on board and look forward to supporting them as they begin their careers with CMB.
