I would like to thank Jackie Lewis of JL Training for her hard work and support in help CMB achieve this accreditation, I would also like to thank all our staff for taking part in the process and for those who were lucky enough to be interviewed. It was clear from our first IIP award in May 2015 that the business had come along way with developing our staff through our ‘Train and Retain’ ethos, as well as working very hard as a team with continued development of the business which the staff can be very proud off.”
