If you are interested in becoming part of the Team, please keep a close eye on our Website for any future Job Vacancies.
This experience taught me that a lot goes on behind the scenes for something to be a success. An Engineering job is not merely about designing structures and buildings etc, it is about giving practical solutions and enhancing people's life so that we live in a better environment.
An important part of CMB Engineering is giving Apprentices an opportunity to pursue a career in the Construction Industry.
We operate our "Train and Retain" modern apprentice programme through BESA, who provide training Apprenticeships through Cardiff & Vale College.
Please visit their website at www.thebesa.com/training for further details on how to complete an entrance assessment. To coincide with the college year, successful applicants will commence employment with us in September of each year, although specific dates and apprentice numbers will be confirmed.
Once you have passed the relevant assessment please forward your details to the Head Office in Cardiff expressing your interest along with a copy of your CV or alternatively send them via email to our Human Resources Department at email@example.com.
All successful candidates will be sent an application form to complete.
If you are interested in applying for one of our Modern Apprentice positions, you can visit www.thebesa.com/training where you can find more information on how to apply.Go to website
Work Experience Placements
Our established Apprentice Training Scheme utilises Local Schools and Colleges for both Craft Apprenticeships and Higher Educational Courses for Engineering. We use our relationships to offer opportunities for all Students to widen their appreciation of the Building Services Sector and encourage the students to actively pursue a career in Construction.
We offer the opportunity to allow Students to work alongside our experienced Staff in a multitude of roles they wish to experience, roles such as Finance, IT Support, Commercial, Health & Safety, CAD Design, Estimating and Mechanical Engineering.
We work closely with the Schools Careers Advice Team and Cardiff Sixth Form College to offer Students a thorough insight into the Mechanical and Electrical Industry.
We would also support the opportunity for Students to undertake an Apprenticeship with CMB Engineering, following successful completion of GCSE / A Level Examinations.Contact us to find out more
