Insider Top 300 2010 Ranking

Wales Business Insider has published this year's Insider Top 300 performing companies in Wales with CMB Engineering ranking at no. 128; a notable achievement for the company considering the tough business environment experienced by all of late.

Based on the latest returns at Companies House, both turnover and profitability were taken into account to give a snap shot of Wales' best-performing businesses through the financial year 2008-2009. On the whole, the Top 300 list confirms that the recent economic downturn has had a significant impact on business in the region with reduced profit margins evident throughout. However, a general growth in turnover has shown Wales' top companies are taking more money than ever before, a result described by Insider as "not bad given the economic conditions".
