This experience taught me that a lot goes on behind the scenes for something to be a success. An engineering job is not merely about designing structures and buildings etc, it is about giving practical solutions and enhancing people's life so that we live in a better environment.
An important part of CMB Engineering is giving Student Apprentices an opportunity to pursue a career in Mechanical Apprenticeship in the Industry.
We operate our "Train and Retain" modern apprentice training programme through BEST Training who offer training through Coleg Glan Hafren.
Please visit their website at www.best-ltd.co.uk for further details on how to arrange to take an entrance assessment. To coincide with the college year, successful applicants will commence employment with us in September of each year, although specific dates and apprentice numbers are to be confirmed.
Once you have passed the relevant assessment please forward your details to the Head Office in Cardiff expressing your interest along with a copy of your CV or alternatively send them via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All successful candidates will be sent an application form to complete.
If you are interested in applying for one of our Modern Apprentice positions, you can visit www.best-ltd.co.uk where you can find more information on how to apply.Go to website
Our established apprentice training scheme utilises local colleges for both craft apprenticeships and higher educational courses for Engineering and we use our relationships to offer opportunities to local schools to widen their appreciation of the Building Services sector and encourage the students to actively pursue a career in Construction.
We offer the opportunity to allow students to work alongside our experienced staff in a multiple of roles they wish to experience in such as CAD Design, Estimating, Mechanical Engineering, Accounting and Administration.
We work closely with the Schools Careers Advice Staff to offer pupils a thorough insight into the Mechanical and Electrical Building Services industry.
We would also support the opportunity for students to undertake an apprenticeship with CMB Engineering.Contact us for info
